• OTA distribution with direct CRS connections• Other third party distribution connected via IDS• GDS distribution• Call centre distribution• Channel management solutions• Internet & Mobile Booking Engine (technical support)• Partnering with the Digital Director to support the integration of the CRS Internet Booking Engine (IBE) on the proprietary website, mobile sites.• Supporting and guiding the Area offices to maintain rates and availability of the hotels in the area, accurate and in line with market needs and company standards on all booking channels• Creating processes and supervising rate loading and mapping in GDS, IDS and third party systems/OTA’s• The management of all connectivity related matters through, but not limited to, Lanyon, SynXis, MH&R Forum, Distribution Ticket tool, Sabre Hospitality University, DHISCO Account Author, Salesforce, for all hotels, all sections• Production and distribution of monthly reports on corporate CRS and channel performance and others, according to requirements.• Management of positive and result-oriented relationships to System Suppliers and Agencies. Monitoring the execution of the Agencies’ work and taking appropriate action if these are outside the agreed scope.
