- Mise au point des cultures primaires d'hépatocytes humains dans le but: i) d'utiliser cette technologie pour étudier la physiopathologie hépatique humaine, ii) de prédire le métabolisme, les effets secondaires et la toxicité des médicaments et autres xénobiotiques, iii) de découvrir de nouvelles molécules antivirales (HCV).
