In this role, the responsibilities include :- Follow up on newly created references to ensure Euro standards are loaded into the system.- Daily centralized follow up on incoming data on all types of own produced items as per our European plants and on all types of resources imported from other Tupperware units and also on items sourced at outside vendors. Based on this, data cost calculations are made and compared to earlier cost estimations provided to the marketing units. Upon approval of the simulated cost these costs are made operational ( standard fixed for the period ).- Daily check in detail of new simulations - compare to similar items in detail check with costing on possible exceptional costing (follow up on mails).- Prepare and provide cost estimate to marketing units.- Daily check on error reports to play an active role in gathering missing cost elements in order to enable fast cost creation.- Support customers in providing detailed cost sheets.- Execute specific tasks which are cost related upon request from different departments.- Work closely together with costing department to prepare the next years costing.- Perform ad hoc analysis.- Develop internal costing procedures.- Maintain the Euro costing SharePoint database with all existing items on a quarterly basis and manage the access to the different persons.- Assist in the reconciliation of Intercompany accounts on a monthly basis.

In that role, the responsibilities included : - Launch the month-end intercompany confirmation process with all Tupperware Products SA Buy-sell Units, confirm the balances and resolve any discrepancies.- Process all Commissionaire statements for Tupperware Products SA (TPSA) and Tupperware Products Inc. (TPI), confirm the balances and resolve any discrepancies.- Record inventory movements and reserves for Australia and New Zealand and resolve any differences with those locations.- Process the daily receptions and record the invoices from the USD denominated Asian suppliers delivering to TW Belgium Manufacturing. - Do the same for all outside suppliers delivering to TW France Manufacturing.- Follow-up on price or quantity differences on deliveries to the above Belgium and France Mfg. Prepare the payments and prepayments to those suppliers, all under the supervision of the Payables Accountant.- Provide general support to the Payables Accountant.- Overview the booking and general handling of the Greek Freight invoices.- Provide support to the Accounting group, namely as a back-up for bank transactions, cash application, roll forward, month-end rates distribution.- Prepare the balance sheets reconciliations as attributed.- Perform SOX tests as assigned.- Establish and maintain detailed written procedures for all responsibilities that are handled in this position.
