As Director of Admissions, I develop creative recruiting resources and networking strategies to attract qualified prospective students and families to the Lutheran South Academy community. This includes managing and developing the Admissions team, overseeing community recruitment relations with regards to partner schools, churches and community partners. I am blessed to schedule and conduct campus tours, classroom visitations, and informational events. I also coordinate Admissions Department events, serve in a leadership role on campus, and strategically organize recruitment and retention activities to meet enrollment goals. This includes planning events like preview days, open houses, and welcome receptions. My focus is to motivate the Admissions Department to meet or exceed annual application and enrollment objectives. I collaborate with the Academic Dean on prospective student onboarding and course placement. I oversee programs like shadow days and placement testing. I work to stay aware of emerging trends in the Houston Educational marketplace so that I can recommend strategies for Lutheran South Academy Admissions to achieve competitive excellence. I am blessed to lead a Christian ministry that desires to lead students to bright academic futures while sharing the love of Jesus Christ.

My responsibilities include the professional supporting of all faculty and staff, student development and achievement and overseeing the fundraising for this not for profit school. I implement our mission and vision while cultivating new ideas to move Lutheran High School of San Antonio into a brighter future.

I do my best to represent God at my school everyday. I provide structure, care and guidance to all faculty, staff and students on campus. It is my responsibility to make sure that CHS is excellent in the classrooms and as a caring Christian community.

I taught everything. Most importantly, I dedicated my efforts to help students realize a future greater than the one they currently pictured for themselves. I surround the students with love and care as Christ would.

I represented the university across the country, in an attempt to attract students to be a part of the CTX community!
