Patrick is passionate about driving impactful change and fostering entrepreneurship. Recognizing the need to enhance the business support ecosystem, he launched a company which became a powerhouse in the region, spanning five nations in East Africa and providing work to nearly 6,500 independent contractors. With over 35 years of varied industry experience, including financial services, real estate, agri-business, logistics, and more, he has refined his execution and operating mode implementation abilities. Forming and exiting two businesses in the financial services and real estate industries have been two of his most satisfying experiences in addition to working with distinguished organizations such as the World Bank and UNDP in accelerating the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in Uganda. Throughout his career, he has cultivated a track record of growing businesses from scratch, creating truly remarkable innovative approaches while building highly productive teams. He is at his best when he has to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, optimizing operational efficiencies, and constructing partnerships of strategic importance. Outside of business, he enjoys hiking, cycling, and mountaineering in the great outdoors.
