Current. Maintain minimum of 99.9% uptime on all networks. i.e. Backhauls, Rings, Metro, HFC, GPON, Hubs, Business Supporting network and all B2B customers. . Manage the team to make sure that we achieve 95% on all SLAs on all outages, resolve B2B Outages within 2 hours, B2C Outages within 3 hours, Backhaul & Ring Network within 1 hour . Stabilize power on the nodes with 99.99% uptime. Collocated or on pole. . Maintain 99.9% uptime on all rings affecting nodes, OLTs, hubs, Metro and facilities. . Support the contractor to deliver the homes both new, infill and extensions. . Achieve 99% on all S1 tickets raised. (S1 Unprotected Services) . Achieve 98% on all S2 tickets raised. (S2 Protected Services) . Achieve 95% on all work orders escalated to maintenance. . Make sure the team is motivated, Leave and Daily Duty Planning . Team Management including allocation of jobs & duties to Technicians, Supervision, Discipline and regular performance evaluation . Submit any Required report on Time, Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports
