They are an Avaya business partner and my role as the voice systems technical team leader provided me with a lot of experience with complex and challenging solutions. I was largely responsible for all tender submissions while also providing essential design guidance and implementation experience to the team. Our team delivered solutions that covered various technologies like IP telephony, IVR services, call Recording, Unified Communications, and SIP infrastructure. I provided design authority and guidance to engineers at all levels, which helped them to support various customer solutions throughout Ireland and the UK. This also included pre-sales work with new clients and relationship management for existing clients
