Responsible for all structures, traditional build, timber frame & R.C retaining walls, carrying out site engineering role & site management of all associated earthworks, drainage & hard/soft landscaping & retaining structures.

Senior Engineer on the Charlemont Square regeneration scheme, South Dublin, D2.Mixed use development, comprising of a 19,000 sq m double basement, 50,000sq m of office space, 260 + residential units over 4 blocks & retail space on the ground floor.Overall project Value - £222million

Bailey Point, Bournemouth. 550 bedroom 14 story concrete frame build, D&B contract, brown field site. Site engineering & supervisor duties including but not limited to; use of Leica TS16 model total station for - Setting gridlines, precise column & stair core positions, piles and foundation excavation setting out, drainage setting out, slab edge setting out, calculation of levels + concrete ordering, re-bar call offs, Design & Build co-ordination of design alterations & changes, logistics of a tight city centre site, co-ordination of works to a strict and tight programme. Proficient in the use of AutoCad 2018.Catherine House, Portsmouth City, 1000 bedroom Student Accommodation ProjectCarried out Graduate Engineering duties, assisting senior engineer & assisting with handover & snagging. Completion Autumn 2017
