I was fortunate enough to complete a year in Industry at Siemens, a global technology company. During this year I got involved in a wide range of HR topics. These included Employee Relations, Future of Work and Diversity Equity and Inclusion. Some of the skills that I have developed are Data Literacy, analysis and my organisational skills. In my summative essay assignment set by the University of Leeds, I reflected on my time at Siemens and I received a distintion grade.
