Current- Providing a positive banking experience for members of three different credit unions via phone in a professional office environment.
- Executing transfers of funds, taking in loan payments, issuing official checks, and informing credit union members of general information.
- Transferring credit union members to other departments as needed; communicating members’ needs to other departments via email.
- Resolving on-line banking issues such as resetting passwords, and guiding credit union members through basic on-line banking troubleshooting.
- Diagnosing and resolving credit and debit card issues, including possible security breaches.
