Worked with small business owners to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Projects included working with companies to develop processes and procedures necessary to open satellite locations. Advised business owners on the feasibility of opening new locations in the local market

Created a business selling luxury furnishings to the interior design, architectural and building industries through a “showroom to the trade” located at the former Arizona Design Center. Built success by establishing relationships with local interior designers to become a reliable and trusted resource. Managed all aspects of business including buying.

Worked with an Indian rug importer to identify new opportunities to capitalize on the wide ranging resources available from India. The result was two new businesses, Classic Home and World Caravan. This allowed Classic Concepts to enter into new markets with new products. Classic Home was as a ground up wholesale furniture company intended to take.

Established national identity for a South American furniture manufacturer. Accomplished by opening new markets by targeting key accounts, and hired and trained all regional sales representatives. Developed all sales and marketing tools including supervision of product shoots and material production. Managed every aspect of trade show participation.
