Upon graduating from Eastern Kentucky University in 2000 with a BS in Construction Management, I was hired as a project engineer at Gray. After a 5-year stint in the field, I quickly grew through the project management career path, serving as project director, senior project manager, and project manager in Gray’s manufacturing and food & beverage business units. In January 2017, I was promoted to regional manager of the Southeast Regional Office and relocated my family to Birmingham, AL, later becoming the vice president of the Southeast Office. In 2020, I was named the chief operating officer of Gray Construction and returned to the Bluegrass State to make Kentucky our home. In this position, I lead the day-to-day operations for Gray’s expanding services with an eye for recruiting the next generation of team members, spearheading technological advances, and improving quality and efficiencies.Dedicated to Gray’s core values, I enjoy supporting our communities by participating with the Gray Family in the Chick-fil-A Birmingham Corporate Challenge, supporting ALS initiatives, and acting as a drop-off site for Toys for Tots, to name a few. I also serve on the Construction Industry Round Table (CIRT), an association of America’s leading design and construction companies working to be a leading force for positive change in the industry.
