I coordinate the activities of the Regional Network Design Engineers for the Hewlett Packard Enterpise NMCI project. Projects include: I provide the point-of-contact for Base Operations, Project Primes and my Management for: • Network Design issues (variations and changes)• Scheduling and review of designs for regional Design Engineers• Network Design QuestionsI supervise production of uniform design standards and documentationI work with Network Architects, Base Operations and Project primes to develop and supervise the development of alternate designs.I develop guidelines for Design Engineers, including:• Drawing Standards• Forms Standardization• Survey Guidelines• Documentation Standards 2. Engineering Processes• Network Integration• Systems Design I coordinate design engineering opportunities and risk management
