Organized, trained, and synchronized the efforts of five organizations conducting F-16 and A-10 flying operations, air battle management, and air traffic control in Europe’s most challenging flying environment. Commanded a flying organization comprised of 42 F-16s, 18 A-10s, air traffic control, airfield management, & weather. Directed nine key deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Qatar, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Turkey, Israel and the United States despite 50% of assigned aircraft unavailable due to maintenance depot status. Embraced technology with acquisition of the Battlefield Operations Simulation System for F-16 and A-10 daily training for American pilots in Europe.

Chief Operating Officer for Headquarters United States Air Forces in Europe, A-3T. Led a 59 person team responsible for the development and execution of policy and guidance on operations, training, weapons, tactics, advanced programs, life support, standardization and evaluation. Directed bi-lateral and multi-national negotiations with Air Forces of Germany, France, Italy, Israel, United Kingdom, Belgium, Norway, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Turkey. Led a multi-national air defense deployment of 350 NATO personnel to Keflavik Air Station Iceland. Led a 25 person team to Poland for an Operational Capability and Sustainment Review of the Polish F-16 program.

Led a 150 person team tasked to plan and execute; exercise, RED FLAG Alaska. Responsible for operations, maintenance, and logistics support to aviation units deployed to Eielson Air Force Base and Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska for flying training exercises. Led the Air Force Chief of Staff's foremost security cooperation and engagement venue in the Pacific theater. Orchestrated combat flight training for 52 Air Force organizations from nine countries. Directed contract negotiations and execution of the world's largest training range: The Pacific Alaska Range Complex. Managed an annual operations & maintenance contract worth $10M and oversaw eight major projects worth $43M. Awarded the first Joint National Training Capability accreditation and certification

Ops officer for one of only two F-117 Stealth Fighter Squadrons in the Air Force. F-117 Instructor/Evaluator Pilot and T-38 pilot. Managed all scheduling and training programs for 40 pilots.
