Example projects i delivered were:Instant Cheque Processing project; Project Lead, assigned to recover a failing project that had been running for over 12 months, to deliver a solution to radically improve voucher processing in Branches and Non-Branch sites, which included the deployment of new Proof of Deposit scanning devices and software applications to 1600 till positions in the UK Branch network and an additional 7 Offshore Branches and 45 Operational Processing Centres. Responsible for a budget of c£5m. Programme realised benefits of £39m over 5 years.Telephony Workstream lead, responsible for the delivery of a sustainable and scalable operating model into the Barclays Telephony sites, to help improve the customer experience and processes and provide colleague opportunities and satisfaction. In addition, responsible for the implementation of an integrated Investment Platform with Barclays Online Banking and the Bank of New York Mellon, to reflect the Company need to provide a direct offering for Investments and Insurance creating savings of c£1m.Portfolio Lead - Responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of medium to larger scale transformational projects. Effectively lead cross functional teams, providing leadership and management to a team of 10 virtual project managers.
