As the program grows and we implement our strategic growth plan, we split recruitment and training teams to best support developing quality Advising Fellowship communities. My mandate is to lead a growing team to meet rapid program expansion and sustain our impact at scale.- Manage and design team of four staff with $200k budget to recruit 1300 student.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS SINCE STARTING- Developed an online training course to supplement in-person training for scale- Created virtual fellowship to expand college partners and engage high school alumni at low cost- Increase college advising capacity from serving 400 to 3400 high school participants over 5 years- Launched 16 new college Fellowships and trained.
