This required working across multiple technology, conversion and existing business teams. • Lead multiple data mapping sessions to map the data from internal bank systems to FDR card processor for 25 million accounts. • Responsible for several projects to extract data from the Bank and transmit to the purchasing financial institution. The effort to support this de-conversion required coordination and collaboration with US and UK counterparts, vendors, and clients. This critical data will be used to support cardholder accounts at the bank as well as the credit card processor. • Project Manager responsible for the migration of credit card monetary and non-monetary data across transmission lines to support a divestiture. This project entailed the coordination, transmission and validation of over 300TB of data to the purchasing bank in the UK for ingestion into their target systems. •Managed the transfer of all UK data for 12 applications at the bank as well as responsible for the monitoring and control of all application transmissions across the divestiture. • Decommissioning of dozens of applications and data post conversion.
