I have worked in rendering and fish oil production for almost 30 years. I have experience working with most equipment you find in an industrial applications along with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumping systems, boilers, burners, dryers, evaporators, nitrogen generation systems, high speed separators, decanters, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, wastewater systems, HMI panels, variable speed drives, plc controlled equipment, hammer mills, bagging systems, plate contact driers, hot air driers, air compressors, clean in place systems and motors. I am familiar with using PNID drawings, loop drawing and electrical schematics. I have also done fish meal consulting in American Samoa and Fiji. This was to help rectify issues that customers were having. I owned and operated and monument business for over nine years. This involved all facets of monument production. Design and production of stencils for monuments, cutting stones, painting stones and producing ceramic photos. I have a proven background in maintenance and production with the use of industrial equipment.
