Started my career as an entry level programmer working primarily in COBOL based applications. Through the years my focus was on claims systems and experience reporting for the North American network of the company. My final years with the company were spent developing new mainframe applications using the Sapiens rules based development tool. During this time we also employed the RAD methodology for arriving at solutions for the needs of the business areas.
