• CareLogic is a Qualifacts Behavioral Health data platform in Oracle • Reports were created to comply with Oregon State regulatory requirements • I worked with Behavioral Health therapists to create meaningful presentations • Created financial, billing, process improvement, demographic and compliance reports • Helped increase staff efficiency through accuracy and timely delivery of reports

• Contract Position. Developed ETL processes for data from CMS programs, Bundles Model 2• This was post acute care data for Medicare recipients• Imported data according to CMS business rules• Worked in an Agile environment using two-week sprints for development cycles• The CMS data was complex and we fed it to an application back end for analysis and reporting• We proved the CMS data can be interepreted and turned into a profitable business

• Contract Position. Worked remotely with team members located throughout the world. • Contract Position. Provided database development, ETL programming, data integrity and business intelligence services in an enterprise-wide information system that fed a back-end application and a reporting platform.• Imported Pharmacy data to help consumers reduce Rx conflicts by programming SSIS packages and optimizing databases to receive data efficiently• Many millions of rows of data imported and transformed, cleaned and normalized• Core processes fed a call center application

• Oversaw all ETL processes of the company and was the technical lead for the data department.• Analyzed clients’ business requirements, documented these requirements and their corresponding database platforms, and used SQL Server to maximize operational efficiency.• Used SharePoint to develop interfaces to monitor daily progress, project management goals, and to document business requirements as well as departmental procedures. • My major project was the lead architect and SQL developer for a database that generated billing statements based on daily account information changes received from a major Midwest hospital group. This project raised the client’s receivables by 30%, close to $60 million annually, helping to add at least an additional 15 employees to our staff. • As manager, helped the company surpass an historical $100 million in annual collections. Developed advanced reporting platforms using SSRS and ETL. Also developed NACHA files for billing purposes. Helped to automate FTP processes for daily file transfers between the company and its clients. Worked with the IT infrastructure staff to maximize data flow and security. My position was phased out after a 3 year. This was a very productive period of time and much progress was made.
