I have 18 years experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Micro-Electronics, Chemical, Oil, Power and Commercial industries both in Ireland and United Kingdom. I have excellent skills in Leadership, Organisational and interpersonal skills in guiding companies and individuals in collaborative safe and quality ways of working.I am highly experienced, versatile with a pragmatic approach and my professional experience also includes CDM experience, Developing Construction Phase Plans, safe work procedures and managing subcontractor suitability and performance on site. Other functions and responsibility’s include the implementation of Health & Safety policies ensuring local legislation requirements are complied with and are in alignment with legislation across all jurisdictions. I have extensive knowledge in the introduction, implementation and monitoring/auditing of ISO standards which include 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018.Other key parts of my remit would be managing and leading Quality programmes and standards ensuring all Quality deliverables are provided to the client and compliance to specification is maintained. I have responsibility for a team of QA/QC who ensures all necessary qualifications (WPs, WID, Weld maps etc) and turnover documentation are collated and in line with good engineering practice. Other roles would include the development of Project Quality Plans and ITP (PQP, ITP) for various projects.
