Senior Project Manager
CurrentI currently serve as a Group Leader and Sr. Project Manager within the transportation team. I routinely manage a wide range of primarily transportation oriented projects. I have led the development of a training program to rollout MnDOT's Design-Bid-Build Quality Management Process and delivered the training to each District across the State. I have also led numerous significant design projects, such as the TH 61 & Jamaica Ave Interchange (winner of seven awards) or the TH 75 & I-94 Diverging Diamond Interchange in Moorhead, MN. I also serve as the Quality Officer for BC 1938, covering six offices across the Midwest. Prior to taking on this regional role I served as an Internal Practice Auditor for broader Stantec (while continuing to manage projects in MN). Project delivery, health and safety practices of Stantec offices across North America were audited. As a Group Leader I am responsible for my groups financial performance and delivery of quality services. Supervising, mentoring and/or coaching staff to aid in their personal career development is another primary component of my responsibilities in this role. As a Group Leader I am also a member of the transportation team's strategic planning committee. While at Stantec I have had the honor and privilege to serve the engineering community through my involvement with ACECMN. I have chaired committees and have been a director and officer on the board of directors. Most recently I was the 2015 - 2016 President.
