I am a Project Recovery & Management Consultant with over 20 years experience across theUnited Kingdom, The United States and parts of the Caribbean. I have run major projects and programme across a number of sectors, managing multidisciplinary teams of technical architects, engineers, project managers, PMO and third party suppliers. I excel in Stakeholder management as well as getting the business to engage and own the delivery of the projects and programmes in my charge. I have over the past 13 years I have worked almost exclusively on project recovery.I have set up and run programme offices as well as providing recovery consultancy for failing projects and programmes, reporting frequently to SMT and Board level executives. I consider myself a solid manager, excellent communicator and an exceptional negotiator \ influencer. In addition to my experience in people and stakeholder management, I have considerable experience to working effectively at all levels within an organisation.I am a delivery focused, PRINCE 2 and MSP qualified and have delivered business and IT projects and programmes across Education, Banking, Insurance, Consultancy and the NHS. Programmes / Project include company wide deployments, server consolidations and mail migration. Service consolidation and site / office relocations. Infrastructure & desktop refresh / implementation.
