Sales Process• Become an expert in all Academic/Athletic scholarship standards of institution, cost of attendance and amenities provided to student athletes. Intimately understand NCAA rules regarding best practices for the recruitment of Prospective Student Athletes. • Begin prospecting and lead generation from data received from targeted advertisement questionnaires on Instagram and individual research. Utilize Mailchimp by designing recruiting campaigns with unlimited smart content that would target over 1,000 prospective student athletes around the world. • Qualify prospects on Salesforce based on engagement and interest level from sales calls. Show that coming to MSU would save them money and how I would develop them into elite athletes. My campaigns consisted of clever written word, video and infographic content that would secure engagement. • Discovering prospect needs by making initial first contact informational calls that do not exceed 10 min. Once positive engagement is verified, schedule future times to discuss training philosophy, amenities offered by institution and the alignment of individual goals with the program. Organized these calls with Salesforce with an average of 20 calls/contacts per day.• Close the deal by bringing recruits on campus and organizing a fun filled weekend with the team, centered around an athletic event. Paint a vision for recruits to see themselves competing and succeeding at their future school. Finally draft an official scholarship offer letter which shows in detail an exact dollar figure commitment of athletic and academic scholarships from the Institution. 90% of athletes who attended official visits signed an NLI with Mississippi State University.
