Patrick McGugan Director, Business Management ServicesI have been engaged improving business lives through better business process management in the telecommunications industry since 1992. I've had the pleasure of speaking about mobility policy and management at several industry events, most recently at Channel Vision Expo, Council of Engineering and Scientific Society Executives and the ASAE Technology Conference Expo.Prior to ARG, I had a leadership role and program management responsibilities for large scale commercial and government telecommunications software programs. My experiences are a natural fit with ARG’s mission to add value by focusing on business process improvements and cost efficiencies.I have led product development efforts for Pricing, Expense Management and Process Automation applications. In addition to my Business Administration experiences, I received certification in Project Management from Boston University in 2007 and have project managed large scale implementations of software applications for both enterprise and government clients since 2000.
