Assist in the development of a Strategy Document for the procurement of foreign direct investment to Northern Ireland. Draft initial office correspondences, replies to proposals received by the office and office press releases.

Draft, review and negotiate: customer contracts; partner agreements; license agreements; and royalty agreements. Prepare and maintain legal documentation of the company including board meeting minutes, company register, tax forms, share transfer forms and government filings. Liaise with transferors and transferees in Europe, the U.S. and Mexico in an active employee share scheme to ensure legally compliant transfer of shares. Trace and document the company’s share ownership, draft and maintain capitalization table and organization chart. Assist in the preparation of due diligence analysis for a proposed acquisition.
