I am part of the Pricing Team at Danske Bank UK, which sits under the Commercial Development part of the Bank. I am responsible for leading the development of pricing strategies for Danske Bank UK’s products, engaging and presenting to the Executive Committee to seek approval of same. I am responsible for identifying, generating, analysing, and recommending pricing opportunities which balance margin management, return on equity, customer impact, conduct risk, competitor positioning and industry research, to support the achievement of bank’s income and other commercial performance targets.I undertake continuous monitoring of both market and competitor intelligence including managing relationships with suppliers of market data. I participate in strategic initiatives and regulatory business projects, to provide relevant data, analysis and interpretation and recommendations to inform business decisions.

I was a Finance Business Partner at Danske Bank UK. I was a Corporate Strategy Manager for Danske Bank UK. In this role, I supported the development of Danske Bank UK's future strategic direction, have extensive engagement with senior stakeholders and provide analytical support to the Bank's Chief Economist. I worked as a Consultant in Deloitte's programme leadership team, which sits as part of the consulting service line. I was responsible for developing governance frameworks on programmes, comprehensive reporting for senior stakeholders, extensive plans for projects and financial reporting on projects. I travelled frequently as part of this role across the UK.

My final role in EY was as an Assistant Manager in the Advisory practice. I was based in EY's UK Delivery and Innovation centre in Belfast, though travelled regularly across the UK. I was a line manager for 3 junior employees. In this, I was responsible for supporting their career development in their time with EY.Key highlights from this role included:- Supporting the role out of large infrastructure procurement project through the comprehensive development and maintenance of a project plan - Governance lead for the roll out of the EY Consulting strategy across the UK business. This included creating a reporting mechanism for key performance indicators, senior stakeholder engagement and development of reports to highlight performance improvement areas for senior stakeholders.

In this role, I was responsible for supporting the Devolved Administrations and London with the recording of foreign direct investment (FDI) landing in their regions. My role includes quality assurance, data analysis and senior stakeholder management. I regularly developed customized reports for the client to showcase the forecasts for each of the respective regions and initiatives to improve their performance. I was geographically mobile and travelled regularly to Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales from London.I managed a team of 2 people to effectively record FDI volumes into these regions along with building stronger relationships between DIT, EY and Devolved Government. As part of this, I supported their professional development and career progression in their EY graduate scheme. I was awarded 2 inspiration awards for my work in this role. I was a maternity cover for a senior manager position in EY's Advisory department. In this, I managed a team responsible for facilitating Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) from the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. I was responsible for managing the pipeline of companies from the EMEA region and delegating project management and research tasks amongst my team.My team consisted of 8 full time professionals, who I supported with career development and wider growth within their role. I was client facing, and provided regular reports on performance of FDI from EMEA and strategic suggestions on how to improve performance from specific geographies. This also included monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs) with our client to ensure we continued to perform at the level we have agreed. I was geographically mobile, travelling regularly across the UK and Europe.

I worked as a Senior Consultant in EY's Advisory department. In this role, I specifically worked on the Department for International Trade’s (DIT) Investment Services Team (IST) contract, which is responsible for the delivery of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into the UK. I managed over 150 clients, with a particular focus on Software companies looking to set up an entity in the UK. I supported over 40 clients establish a UK presence in my time in the role, which resulted in the creation of over 450 jobs in the UK. My responsibilities include the creation of bespoke strategic proposals to identify the best route to market in entering the UK, introduction to accountants, lawyers and banks to support in establishing the UK entity and working with the local enterprise partnerships to support clients in finding suitable property and settling into their chosen location. I was geographically mobile as part of this role, regularly travelling across the UK and Europe.

After 2 years as working as a sub-contractor, I joined PA Consulting as a full time employee as a FDI Consultant. In this role, I worked as part of PA Consulting's economic development unit, specifically working as part of a UK government contract to support foreign direct investment (FDI) into the UK. I was responsible for a caseload of over 200 clients which I proactively manage and prioritized depending on their propensity to invest and the scale of their proposed investment. I worked with companies from across the globe, with particularly strong experience in working with Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa markets.In my time with PA, I helped over 40 clients establish a UK entity, which resulted in the creation of over 300 jobs for the UK economy. I supported in developing regular strategic reports to the client in the performance of FDI going into specific locations across the UK. I was geographically mobile as part of this role, regularly travelling across the UK and to the Republic of Ireland.

I was promoted to Consultant role in OCO Global after a year. In this role, OCO were acting as sub-contractors to PA Consulting. I worked as part of the project delivery service within UK Trade and Investments investment services team. I had a cross sector focus to facilitate Foreign Direct Investment to the UK. Highlights included: - Creation of bespoke strategic proposals to support foreign businesses to establish a UK entity. This included financially modelling setting up in specific UK locations, customer cluster analysis and niche market analysis. - Working extensively with accountants, law firms and banks to support foreign owned businesses in setting up a UK entity. Most notably working with a large multinational Bank to understand KYC & AML parameters to opening a UK bank account for a foreign national. - I also worked extensively with local enterprise partnerships to develop a 'soft landing package'. The soft landing package was to offer a reduced initial office cost rate to companies coming to the UK. This allowed clients to reduce their initial cost for setting up in the UK. I was geographically mobile as part of this role, regularly travelling across the UK and Europe.

My first graduate role was working as a Market research analyst in OCO Global’s business intelligence unit. In this role, OCO were acting as sub-contractors to PA Consulting. I was responsible for preparing Market intelligence for companies preparing to establish a presence in the UK. I had a sector focus for Creative Media and Software companies. My work included: - Market Overviews - identifying key growth areas and industry developments for clients.- Market Trends - analysing key forecasts in particular markets and how companies could best access those opportunities. - Demographic Analysis - identifying target audiences and population analysis. - Key Player Analysis - analysing the performance of potential competitors. - Mapping Cluster Locations - interpreting data to show the most popular locations for particular industries and thus the best locations for the company to set up in the UK. - Labour Market Analysis - analysing the availability of skills for potential recruitmentI was trained to use a variety of Microsoft office products such as excel, powerpoint, word and mappoint. The vast majority of my reports were provided in powerpoint, with analysis done on excel and mappoint. In my time as an analyst, I was also responsible for developing a knowledge platform for the client and wider team. I received a impact award from the client (PA Consulting) for my work.

After graduating from University, I worked as a Manager in a sports shop called Gotto Sports. I managed a team of 4 sales assistants as well as having overall responsibility for the website. Highlights include: - Introducing new marketing techniques for the website so that it became more user friendly. - Training sales assistants on particular tools (amazon, photoshop, google analytics) and how to sell products.- Managing the end of day reports of the business and for monitoring key product performance. - Inventory management and product discussions with suppliers such as Asics, Gray Nicolls and Head.

I worked as a Sales Assistant in Gotto Sports during my University Studies at Queen's University of Belfast. I was responsible for creating unique experiences for customers and selling sporting goods. I was responsible for maintaining the stores appearance (both online and in store) and ensuring that all products were displayed appropriately.
