Managed the copper phone and internet services for a portfolio of business clients.Contacted clients via phone and email to discuss services approaching their NBN Disconnection Date.Facilitated the transition of copper services onto the NBN network on a site by site basis. Clients would be contacted 6 Months prior to a site’s NBN Disconnection Date to arrange the transition and prevent disruption.Tailored new NBN solutions for the clients to match or exceed their copper services.Provided NBN Technical Support and resolved any issues or delays during the transition.Liaised with Telstra’s support and provisioning teams to ensure the new NBN services were deployed with minimal disruption.Worked independently and as part of a lifecycle sales team to meet KPI targets and ensure all services were transitioned onto the NBN before the Disconnection Date.Worked remotely via the Microsoft Office Suite and Telstra internal systems.
