Assist in the training and development of new Rowers.Create a safe environment for athletes to properly develop their athletic skills.

Provides direct support to the Director of Alumni Relations for Alumni outreach programs. Through weekly communication with alumni, coordinate/schedule meetings for the Alumni Chaplin and President to build relationships and fundraise. Assist in all aspects of the building strengthening and connections with alumni. Compile alumni milestones, achievements and interactions for newsletter, magazine, social media content and out events.

Air Battle Managers specialty responsible for command and control of U.S. air assets in a complex, combat environment to ensure mission success; responsible for threat vector assessment and providing complete tactical awareness to U.S. pilots and command staff.
