Its been a such great experience working with a group of professionals and veterans here at Network Telecom. I especially enjoy the company culture! As part of the technical sales team, I am responsible for client support, account management, staying up-to-date with the latest technology offerings, prospecting, solution selling, and working alongside the technical team to implement customized business communications solutions for organizations in all verticals. On-going client care is a big part of the role, including constant personal development, getting educated on the latest product offerings, maintaining product certifications, guiding businesses on their digital communications direction, and business development.

I had the pleasure of working with a skilled and professional group of people at TD Canada Trust, at the uptown Waterloo branch. This was a great experience due to the entry level job experience I acquired and many transferable skills I learned. At TD, management recognized and rewarded their employees for performance distinction, this was one of many things I found to be motivating and stimulating about the job. Incentives were offered to those who were top performers. During my first year at TD, I was consistently in the top five rankings within the branch for sales performance and referrals to advisors. During my last year with this branch, I managed to achieve second place for sales performance among all employees in the branch. In addition to developing my sales skills, I learned how to build rapport with customers of all demographics and backgrounds, maintain professional service, and adapt to changing environments. Overall, working for TD Canada Trust was a great learning experience and an excellent company to work for.
