Focus on high quality service and response which promotes customer satisfaction, retention and expansion. Assists with all external customer incoming calls including but not limited to NetExpress, BillPayor, ACH, External Opt out and general account assistance. Assists employees with software related problems including but not limited to issues with Silverlake, Platform, and Image.Assists employees with software related problems, including questions regarding Citrix, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Adobe. Assists employees with hardware related problems, including printers, scanners, phones, thin client, computer and laptop connectivity. Assists employees with voice mail problems including resetting passwords and updating information on the voice mail system. Serves as urgent response dispatch for system, frame relay, or telephone line problems.Utilizing properly authorized user profile maintenance forms, is responsible for setting up new users with access, resetting passwords and unlocking accounts. Provide assistance to the Security Department to include reporting possible security threats, troubleshooting branch security equipment and/or placing calls for repair on branch security equipment. Provide assistance to the Facilities Department by dispatching facility reps and outside vendors as needed for all FSB branches/buildings. Responds to balance inquiry calls during scheduled system outages and disaster recovery utilizing hard copy reports or system access. Escalates concerns / issues to appropriate level 2 support for resolution, when necessary. Provide backup with ongoing development and support of intranet, ensuring that development is consistent with existing policies and guidelines. Assist with the Development, maintenance and teaching relating to software applications including training and security programs for the holding company and each of its affiliates.

Provide customer support and helpdesk solutions for multiple client accounts.Troubleshooting network topologies/infrastructures, general software applications (Microsoft), hardware functionality and network connectivity.Software troubleshooting for various end user applications including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and all versions of Microsoft Windows.
