As a Product Specialist, I provide the highest level of support and expertise to a focused group of internal and external partners. Initial project will be to focus on creation and implementation of go to market strategy for Dye-Sublimation offerings.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with assigned customer list located throughout three states on behalf of multi-location product distribution company. Used technology to actively prospect new accounts and support existing customers to maximize sales potential on equipment and supplies. Successful implementing of the Kahle sales process fostering partnerships with top accounts. Use of production and technical background to increase sales and profitability for all parties involved. Exceeded equipment sales goal for 2013 by 165%. Exceeded 2014 overall sales goal and hit 107.2% by focusing on the service sales mentality.

Main customer contact regarding troubleshooting, installation and training schedule of new equipment and software. On site break-fix of equipment, equipment demos, sampling requests, with a focus on keeping up to date on newest software and equipment in the industry. Coordinating with managers and sales staff to give customers the highest level of customer service. Demonstrated the ability to take charge of new projects that go above and beyond job description in order to better support all internal and external customers, for example; focused design and production of custom digital samples to support equipment and material sales, design and implementation of a pre-installation check list for several pieces of equipment, maintenance schedule and procedures for on-site demo equipment.

Account Manager: Developed a reputation for simultaneous coordination of numerous involved projects. Managed projects from sales call, bidding process, design, material assessment, production scheduling to the installation of end product. Maximized sales opportunities through development of positive relationships with current and prospective customers; acting as the liaison between the customer and our sales, production and installation teams.Production Manager: Oversaw production of multiple simultaneously occurring projects with high regard for quality assurance, budget constraints, and timely delivery. Trained employees on machines, hardware, software, production methods, technical issues, and up sales techniques.
