As head of the sales team I manage the Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse markets and suburbs. I spend most of my time in Rochester meeting with clients to ensure they recieve our highest quality products and services. With over 7 years experience at the University of Rochester Parking Department I know the intricacies of all aspects of lot and parking structure maintenance and management. My specialty is using strategies to minimize or eliminate customer interruptions or negative experiences at busy institutions such as schools and companies that have 24/7 operations and cannot afford to have disruptions to their businesses.
