(For program descriptions visit www.cilc.org and search under “Carnegie Museum of Natural History.”)An English Major by formal training, McShea has worked for the Division of Education since 1985, managing the Museum’s extensive teaching collection during his entire tenure, and directing teacher workshops between 1988 and 2004. He has been the Museum’s coordinator for collaborative education projects with the Wildlife Conservation Society (Bronx Zoo), and World Wildlife Fund, and has worked with fellow educators at other organizations to plan and present workshops. Recent professional service includes field review of IMLS grant proposals.
