I assist in managing the internal meetings and events team at Converse HQ. My responsibilities include training new staff and working cross-funtionally with multiple departments to ensure a high-level experience during all programs for employees.I also oversee the planning and execution of all large, multi-day and VIP meetings and events hosted onsite.

My responsibilities include fielding requests from Converse Employees and assisting them in planning internal meetings, placing catering orders, reserving rooms, etc. I also manage the external food services with offer such as Fooda and Sweetgreen.I also train any new event material handler on how to setup for the events, the building layout, etc. I will provide assistance with setups as necessary to ensure a smooth transition between events and meetings.

Greater Boston Area

My responsibilities include the set-up and breakdown of all events held in the Converse Headquarters in Boston, MA. I create floor plans and lead in the setups of events ranging from 15-300 guests. I am also responsible for maintaining the events inventory brochures and to aid outside vendors with load in and load out. I also work closely with the daily lunch service provider, Fooda, on the daily schedule of vendors and the preparation amounts each day. I work in conjunction with the event coordinators, the catering team and the multiple teams throughout Converse to successfully execute a wide variety of meetings and events.

I was responsible for all activities relating to Game Day. I oversaw the venue, setup and breakdown and our vendors onsite.I was also in charge of the run-of-show for the Game Day. I created a by the minute run sheet for the whole day and coordinated with our team to ensure each mark was being hit as the event went on.
