Providing clients with updates and handling their accounts. Being informative of the changing industry and addressing any concerns they may have. Coaching the sales reps consists of finding there strengths and identifying there weaknesses. Role playing with them to put them in new senarios to challenge them and make them fluent in overcoming oblections and better assisting the consumer. I also provide weekly coaching to the customer service staff utilizing group and individual coaching to improve on their skills and knowledge. I helped develop an upgrade to our service for the customer service team to have the option to make additional revenue for themselves but also for the company helping cover some of the overhead that customer service produces. In June 2015 a combined effort of the customer service staff brought in $13,958 in additional revenue to the company just a short few months after developing the program.
