Currently, I am working on a large pharmaceutical building working primarily using Revit, with a role as lead coordinators of all site services.Daily requirements include:3D modelling and coordination of all mechanical services throughout the building.Checking mechanical services against schematics to ensure the correct design is met.Producing 2D annotated and dimensioned general arrangement drawings for site install.Producing 3D federated models which are used in conjunction with general arrangement to allow full coordination between services.Producing bills of quantities/materials designed in the model.Participating in Coordination meetings in order to find upcoming issues and solve current and potential clashes.Walking lines on site to ensure that any site changes will be included in the model for red-line stage of the job.Before i was involved in coordination, i was involved in procurement of mechanical equipment ensuring they have the correct specifications, and also i was tasked with tracking pipe install quality and progress, which i believe was an invaluable experience as it showed me the practical side of site install

My role within the company was to design and coordinate mechanical 3D models for the Intel tool install.I used Navisworks and 3D plant to design mechanical pipework, i also spent a lot of my time producing isometric drawings for tradesmen to use for prefabrication and site install.During excessively busy times it was important to take the 3D drawings from colleagues, and produce the required 2D renderings for site.Keeping to schedule, good conversation and coordination skills, were essential for successfully meeting deadlines for tool install.
