Netgem provides IPTV services to Telecom Operators globally, and direct to consumers in the UK. During my time at Netgem, I have consistently exceeded my targets, growing the Netgem customer base in the UK from zero to 200,000+ users. I’ve developed key content partnerships with providers including NOW TV, YouTube and Prime Video and recently negotiated a wholesale agreement with TVPlayer to fully integrate their service, including 15 premium channels, into the Netgem TV UI.I owned the marketing strategy as Netgem moved from a B2B company to launching their first ever B2C service, Netgem TV. As part of the move, I managed multiple external teams including PR, creative media, and digital agencies.

In 2018 I was the lead in the launch of the first ever TV service in Gibraltar, creating the business model, negotiating the commercial terms of the final agreement, launching the Sofi TV service with 80+ channels including those from BBC, Sky Sports, Discovery, Viacom and Turner.I was responsible for B2B sales, driving partner marketing strategies and creating content led campaigns for new ISP partners in the UK as well as running frontline sales initiatives, training and engagement programmes.

I was part of the team that launched EE TV and was responsible for creating the sales material and briefing packs and delivering training to over 5,000 staff across 13 contact centres around the UK.Prior to the EE TV launch, I was responsible for project managing the implementation and delivery of new contact centre campaigns. I would work directly with the marketing teams to ensure new propositions were launched to deliver against EE Home Broadband targets, with a particular focus on retention, mix, churn and customer experience.
