- Process 3rd party and Intercompany invoices in a timely manner.- Reviewing, documenting, summarizing accounts and transactions.- Ensuring vendor accounts are reconciled against their statement & bank details are correct.- Offer advice and support, monitors AP mailbox and pull-out invoices, resolve any queries and escalate issues accordingly.- Ensure posting, managing and correcting errors with appropriate authorization according to guidelines.- Set up new vendors with its agreed payment terms and entering into system using set criteria's.- Conduct adequate checks weekly to those with exception on payment proposals from last run to ensure smooth operation of payment runs.

- Managing of high-volume invoices from Ageing to Allocation of workload among the members under my handled entity.- Processing of purchase & non-purchase orders using two-way and three-way matching.- Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assists in identifying, assessing resolving issues.- Provides Knowledge Transfer (KT) of process.- Prepares necessary reports needed by management and clients. - Oversee the assigned entity by being SME/POC.- Taking ownership for AP Mailbox & resolves all client queries or escalations within the timeline.

- Perform validation, verification and data entry on SAP, research in various systems and tracking tools.- Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems.- Seek advice and escalate issues that are outside the scope of work to resolve any queries much faster.- Creation of Ageing & Workload Allocation

- Perform task such as scanning, filing, sorting, photocopying and printing of various documents- Assists in the compilation of documents for submission to Commission on Audit (COA) and other functions which are incidental to my position as a Trainee.- Act as frontline service
