- Responsible for 3 departments (12 co-workers): Security (incl. Permanent Control Centrum & Parking management National), Contractor Safety & Operational Safety - National Point of Contact within CPP for Security Items- ‘Good to Gold’-champion within CPP (Culture Change Program)

- Implementation and follow-up of an international group safety policy, introduction of new safety procedures and guidelines- Responsible for setting up the file to receive the European safety certificate A

- Responsible for day-to-day administration- Setting-up of commercial activities and commercial network: visits of clients in a B-to-B relationship, maintaining contact with existing clients- Setting up short- and longer-term actions + introduction of new products with reporting to Executive Board

- Head of the Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (1 full-time and 3 part-time co-workers) with supervision over health and safety related topics for all Belgian sites- Contact person with Biffa UK and Severn Trent Plc regarding safety related topics (Group policy, uniform reporting, planning of audits,….)- (2005) ad-interim site manager Antwerp chemical waste recycling plant
