- Team Management.- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.- Estimate costs and prepare budgets.- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.- Monitor production to resolve issues.- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.).- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.).- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.- Ensure output meets quality standards.

- Provide accurate and well informed selection of yachts for charter to clients / colleagues.- Prepare and deliver accurate and well informed information on cruising destinations.- Providing expert advice on charter yachts and activities around cruising grounds. - Deliver fast and excellent service while treating clients with respect.- Being able to efficiently and rapidly handle any issue arising before/during/after charters.- Create/maintain constant and solid communication with all relevant central agents, develop quality relationships with them in order to remain updated on the evolution of the charter fleet and benefit from deals available.- Developing your own network of clients in order to grow business.- Prepare presentations for prospective clients using efficient communication tools.- Perform effectively in client meetings when pitching for business.- Develop relationships with C&N Sales Brokers and other C&N business divisions in order to maximise internal business potential.- Attend Yacht Shows throughout Europe as a company/brand representative.

- Assist the charter brokers with their enquiries and booking process.- Assist with preparation of yacht presentations and charter process.- Assist with contract preparation as required.- Contacting existing and prospective clients.- Editing of the company's marketing material (charter brochures, newsletters and company promotions).- Record all client activity on our Customer Relationship Management system.- Monitor CRM enquiries for all brokers and assist brokers with ensuring the enquiry database are all kept up to date.- Collate and send out daily yacht and contact log.- Miscellaneous admin duties as required.
