Operations Manager
Current Lead the Imaging Operations Department, while functioning as co-manager of the Digital Intermediate (DI), nextLAB, Telecine, and Digital Dailies departments comprising of more than 60 operators, artists, and producers Take full charge of preparing schedules for 35mm or 65mm film cameras and scanners while closely communicating with engineers to guarantee compliance with standard operating procedure (SOP) workflows for scans and film outs Serve as lead manager of the Digital Cinema Department, in charge of ensuring the delivery of all DCP, IMF, and QT according to set-forth deadlines, budget, and client specifications Supervise I/O operators by scheduling the movement of all digital assets across the facility, along with weekly schedules of the operators and approval of paid time off (PTO) and overtime (OT) Interface with the Engineering Team to guarantee optimal operations of all storage for DI sessions through implementation of standardized workflow engineering institutes for producers and artists Efficiently manage multiple departments during the absence of key operations personnel Provide direct oversight to day-to-day operations, which include maintaining accountability of DI sessions, administering all resources, and coordinating instructions to the artist in a timely manner for a smooth session
