Led a senior team to build NASA Web Services' Cloud platform from the ground up with AWS multi-account cloud native infrastructure.• Spearheaded and delivered NASA’s transition to a FedRAMP cloud native AWS multi-account platform with Infrastructure as Code.• Aggressively led culture change in NASA towards container utilization and immutability for all applications and infrastructure within the Web Services Office via Terraform, Packer, Ansible, and Docker.• Engineered a cloud native service catalog API for NASA with Python and Terraform, which cut down turnaround time for initial infrastructure provisioning from a multi-week process down to 30 minutes.• Built GitOps CI/CD pipelines which automated testing and deployments of applications and infrastructure.

• Significantly reduced deployment times and human error by automating NASA WSO’s entire deployment process for application and infrastructure changes via GitOps CI/CD Pipelines, Terraform, Packer, and Ansible.• Analyzed resource utilization of all internal servers for the WSO Program, and cut down server runtime costs by over 50%. Replaced underutilized servers with more efficient instance types while also integrating AWS Reserved Instances when possible.• Designed and implemented a highly available GitHub Enterprise solution for NASA, which is used by over 500 engineers within the agency.

Co-founded an online kitchen ordering startup company.• Designed and developed a highly scalable and converting E-Commerce WordPress website in AWS via Nginx, PHP, MySQL, Docker, and Terraform.• Automated product insertion for 1000s of SKUs by engineering ETLs in PHP that bulk uploaded products from Excel spreadsheets into our MySQL database.• Drastically reduced product order submission time by writing ETLs in PHP that send order data to manufacturing in a format they can immediately consume.

Complete ownership over AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps for productivity websites that are used by millions of users each month.• Spearheaded the transition of migrating over 50 application and database servers from our on-prem environment to the AWS cloud, and managed to cut down our infrastructure costs by over 50%.• Engineered MS SQL database tables for analytics and monitoring purposes which integrated AWS Lambda and AWS SNS for push notifications.• Developed high traffic productivity websites with C#, MS SQL, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.• Created CI/CD Pipelines for deployments of dozens of c# applications.
