I was senior on-site manager for the private partner and Facilities Manager at the National Maritime College of Ireland. The College is a Public Private Partnership. My original employer was Lend Lease FM which was aquired by Cofely GDF Suez, now Engie in July 2014. This role gave me responsibility for three different sub-businesses; an FM and lifecycle service delivery business, a catering business and a commercial third party income business. I have also contributed as a member of my FM business unit's SMT.I managed a seven-figure budget and a team of 15 diverse skilled people. I also managed a large number of varied and specialised outsourced contracts such as for Cleaning, ICT, Security, HVAC Maintenance, Alarm Systems, Specialist equipment, etc.
