About Patrick Moittie

Passionate hospitality professional who have been working at different senior management roles in resorts, hotel chains and privately owned properties across France, Greece, Canary Islands, Southern Africa, New Zealand and Australia.To follow a huge passion of mine, I studied wine making, worked in cellars and gained valuable experience in France ( Alsace, Bordeaux ) and South Africa.As I am located in the Margaret River region, I do take every opportunity to visit cellar doors, attend industry events and follow with interest the developments that are happening in the region.
