Summary: The Senior Program Manager will lead one or more complex, multi-disciplinary strategic projects. These projects will usually be with CMS’ most strategic / critical customers. The Senior Program Manager will assess organization’s readiness to support programs with our strategic/critical customers, identify risk areas and present mitigation opportunities, provide overview of the program performance and redirect resources as needed. This is a customer facing position responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance revenue/EBITDA

The Chromalloy Purchasing Manager drives the achievement of operational objectives by helping maximize profits through efficient component purchasing and helping to determine optimal price points that will create win/win for both Chromalloy and the customer. The Purchasing Manager will manage a team of procurement professionals who are responsible for the monitoring, documentation, augmentation, and implementation of Chromalloy's purchasing and pricing strategies.• Identify opportunities to support scrap replacement and exchanges at all Chromalloy repair units by effectively utilizing CMS inventory and purchasing power.• Maintain CMS inventory to support Chromalloy repair unit scrap replacement and exchange opportunities.• Work with Customer Solutions team to identify negative customer repair situations that can be mitigated through inventory solutions.• Develop CMS procurement and supply chain performance metrics: cost reduction, inventory management, vendor quality, customer feedback, supplier evaluations, etc. Closely track and regulate report metrics along with providing analysis/recommendation to leadership on tactics and strategy to improve performance.• Responsible for conducting market analysis and forecasts, planning, and procurement for anticipated materials requirements. Keeps abreast of material requirement to ensure the timely availability of replacement parts.• Assists with the development and execution of pricing strategies that balance the Company's objectives and customer satisfaction.• Coordinate the planning, replenishment and management of parts repaired internally/externally utilized in support of daily operations.• Maintain and manage an uninterrupted supply of materials and services, implements strategies designed to offset inflation, globalize our supply chain and improve our bottom line.• Must be able to collaborate in a highly cross functional environment, and partner with other functional areas .

Demand Planning is responsible for all planning activities associated with company inventory and acquisitions and sales. This position works closely and is the liaison between the operating units and Purchasing. The Demand Planner creates and maintains forecast models for their region .

Managing the company inventory . Develop production plans , maintain unit’s inventory sales (spares) budget. Manage production control and shipping departments , ensure TAT and on time deliveries are maintained.

Responsible for the daily sales and quotes of aircraft engine parts. Develop annual business plan which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. A complete understanding of market pricing and customer base. Develop a database of market history through telephone canvassing and networking. Maintain accurate records of all sales and quote activities. Manage consignment inventories. Develop, manage and maintain process for identifying excess inventory based on market demand,.

Supervises and coordinates activities of planner engaged in expediting flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments. Review processing schedules and methods vis-à-vis production orders to make decisions regarding inventory .Develop and implement production tracking and control systems. Implement and monitor production standards. Prepare regular production reports.

Submit and maintain, as required bills of materials in conjunction with purchasing to eliminate stock out of raw materials, Set up and monitor long & short range planning schedules for multiple product lines, Maintain and update inventories of production lines, Maintain and update production task lists

Make a detailed production schedule for a specific product line ,Work with customer service on customer inquiries and delivery dates, Work with the supervisor on production goals on a daily basis, ship on a daily basis.

Maintain customer backlog, Ensure correct job orders are being worked
