Opening and closing the building on a weekly basis, directly managing a group of roughly 15 student employee workers at the St. Mary's Rock Wall, hiring and firing responsibilities for the SM Rock Wall, organize two climbing competitions per year, mediate conflicts between wall staff and between ARC employees and customers.

As assistant producer I assisted in finding both stories and guests for the weekly program; on top of this I aided the Senior Producer edit the audio for the show, I participated in pre-interviewing potential guests in order to determine their ability to communicate their ideas, and was played an integral role in strengthening the show's archive of the previous shows. Prior to interviews the senior producer would often ask me to write and/or edit questions that the host would ask the guests of the program. Finally, I was placed in charge of welcoming guests to the studio, ensuring that they were comfortable with the format of interviews, and ensuring their comfortability during interviews.
