Product Consultant

-Work with the Services team to identify opportunities for enhancement in our product system and prioritize them based on feasibility and ROI.-Triage bug reports from Services, Artists, and Modelers to identify immediate solutions or identify root causes to escalate to Development teams.-Track sprint progress to ensure Development teams stay on track and complete sprint tickets on time.-Assist in QA testing new software implementations.-Work collaboratively with Product Manager, Services Manager, and Senior Developers to design and create a brand new back-end platform for our product software.-Document use cases, implementation steps, and release notes for new software enhancements, as well as demo and train Services team on these enhancements.-Lead daily standup meetings and sprint retrospectives, and forecast sprint velocity for Development teams.-Organize and prioritize ticket backlog for Development teams for story pointing and new sprint planning.-Write technical requirements and testing scenarios for new software implementations.-Maintain Customer and Sales Demo catalogs with the latest implementations.-Conduct new hire interviews for QA, Services Consultant, and Product Consultant roles.
