As the sole pre-sales consultant for the FSM product line, worked with existing and new clients worldwide to provide high quality demonstration of CSG's FSM software solution set during the Pre-Sale process. As a domain expert my role was presenting the key functionality and benefits of software assets, promoting the value proposition of CSG's solutions, providing overall technical resource expertise, and be responsible for ongoing client success, profitability and retention.Duties included: ● Traveled extensively to build relationships with prospects and accounts in North America, Latin America, Middle East, and Europe ● Managing responses to the functional and technical aspects of RFP's, RFI's, and RFQ's ● Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, R&D, as well as strategic Services and Business teams to create, configure, promote, close, and support tailored solutions ● Develop and manage both the solution and price proposalsKey Achievements:● Added 7-new logos to FSM portfolio across N. America and EMEA markets● Achieved >100% NRR for all my existing clients● Secured 100% renewal rate on all my existing clients
