Set-up the surveillance plan and make sure of timely execution.Ensure proper application of reference processes (PEP, Quality alert,...).Drives the Quality problems resolution, decides on stop of delivery and derogation. Ensures that the proper information is provided to the Customer in case of quality problem, offer evolution and withdrawal, drives major Quality problems resolution (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alert, Technical Risk,...) and manages a team of Offer Quality Engineers.

Assist the worldwide service organization and manage technical issues (UPS or environment issues) on customer sites and particularly the Great Strategic Account of Schneider Electric (example of issues: load drop, safety risk, EMC problems/ Electro Magnetic Compatibility ...)- Communicate with the colleagues of service in the world in the purpose to the share the on site issue problematic in order to increase the quality of products, develop the service offer and establish some efficient process - Take part to new UPS product revues to integrate service’s specifications and needs- Audit local teams (front office: Service, Sales and Quality) during my expertise visits in countries- Drive and manage some workshops (Trainings, meetings, etc…)

- Provide a worldwide technical assistance to Field Service Engineers - Spend time on site with FSE during critical issues (write technical reports) - Manage technical documentations through the technical data base in Service view (data base used by FSE) - Take part to new UPS product revues to integrate service specifications and needs- Drive some UPS trainings for FSE or customers (commissioned by the training centre)- Take part to increase the quality of UPS training courses for FSE - Maintain the link between the Front office (Service teams) and the R&D concerning product issues and quality improvement (in all directions)
